With Green Friday they want to Action Hope take a stand against the ever-growing pressure to consume. She calls on people not to just chase supposed bargains on so-called Black Friday, but rather to consciously donate clothes in the spirit of Green Friday and thus extend the lifespan of textiles.
The well-preserved used clothing can be dropped off at the store during opening hours.
Aktion Hope and the Baden-Württemberg Development Cooperation Foundation (SEZ) run the project together Future Fashion Store x SECONTIQUE im Gerber department store in downtown Stuttgart.
