With Future Fashion we encourage young people to deal with the effects of fast fashion. We not only provide background information and practical advice, but also present sustainable fashion as an alternative. The goal of Future Fashion is to motivate fashion-loving young people to actively support and get involved in an alternative fashion industry.

The Future Fashion movement brings together people who have a passion for fashion or are already paving the way for a sustainable fashion industry with their labels, start-ups, workshops, campaigns and educational initiatives. At Future Fashion, we make these offers accessible to the general public, politicians and the fashion world and offer those committed a platform to bring sustainable fashion into the mainstream.

For this we need Future Fashion Friends

Future fashion will become even more visible – at schools, on the streets, on social media and while shopping.
We represent even more ideas from the Future Fashion movement and support young people in putting them into practice - whether it's a clothing swap party, a fashion show or sharing their knowledge.
We show more sustainable styles at pop-ups, trade fairs and online.
Postcards, merch and educational materials inform even more young people about future fashion and are fun.
With the commitment and financial contributions of the Future Fashion Friends, we become less dependent on funding and act together in a more targeted manner.

Partnership projects financed by the state of Baden-Württemberg draw international connections.

With our SEZ application portal Applying to the SEZ is even easier. If you would like to apply for project funding at the SEZ, simply register and fill out your application completely online. You can save your information at any time and edit it later. About 6-8 weeks after the end of the application period, you will be informed by email and directly in the application portal whether your application was successful. If funding is approved, further areas such as “project funding contract” and “proof of use” will be activated for you.

Together with the baton, each municipality passes on its wishes for a just world to the next municipality. Here are the wishes of the people of Fellbach to the Schwäbisch Gmünders.

The baton of the nationwide initiative My. Your. One World. The Baden-Württemberg Development Cooperation Foundation (SEZ) began its journey through Baden-Württemberg in Fellbach last Friday. On Sunday we continued from there to Schwäbisch Gmünd.

"When, if not now!? Where if not here!? Who, if not we!?" is written on the roll of paper inside the baton. The baton of the My Initiative passes with good wishes and encouraging words. Your. One World. now by the 32 municipalities in Baden-Württemberg involved in the project.

The baton is a symbol of the one-world commitment of many people in this country. The initiative doesn't just want to bring the actors within a location into contact with each other. Municipalities across the country are also being networked. Experiences are exchanged, tips for successful actions are given and the actors are motivated. The baton stands for community and is a thank you to those who, with great time and financial commitment, courage and creativity, contribute to sustainable development worldwide.

In the past few days the baton has already found its way to Engen, Heitersheim, Straubenhardt and Untermarchtal. Allmersbach im Tal and Ehingen are looking forward to the handover this week.

Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees supports SEZ

The SEZ's annual board of trustees meeting took place on November 14th, at which chairwoman Theresa Schopper clearly supported the work of the foundation. “The global challenges are increasing rapidly. In times like these, the SEZ is more important than ever. The country therefore supports the foundation. I am particularly pleased about three things: that Future Fashion is launching a stylish campaign that aims to rouse young people, that the state's financial support ensures the foundation's work even in difficult interest income situations and that we have Mr. Philipp Keil as a committed managing director for another five years Board won.” Philipp Keil's contract had recently been extended and he can now continue his duties with new support from the board of trustees. The Board of Trustees oversees the work of the SEZ, defines the principles for the work of the Foundation within the framework of the statutes and monitors compliance with them.
