Our 18nd Future Fashion educational seminar will take place in Stuttgart on October 19th and 2024th, 2!

We invite you to learn new methods and important content so that you can design or improve workshops and/or practical activities for Future Fashion.

Creatively networked: methods and tools for regional cooperation

You want to become active in your region but don't really know how to get started?

Then join us online on September 6th. We will show you how you can build a network with like-minded people in your region and maintain contact with each other. In our free workshop "Creatively Networked" you will learn, among other things:

How you can involve volunteers, people already involved or clubs in your region
How to organize events and develop collaborative methods
How to create an agenda for networking meetings in your region

The workshop offers you a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas with committed people and get support for your ideas.

Future Fashion Tour Tübingen

What is the real price behind our clothes and what alternatives are there to fast fashion? Together we will get to know shops in Tübingen that offer sustainable fashion. You will find out what they mean by this on the tour! On the tour we will also talk about the responsible use of textiles.

This Future Fashion Tour was developed as part of a seminar at the University of Tübingen and is carried out by the students. Participants in the seminar: Future Fashion, FAIRstrickt, Wissenschaftsladen Tübingen eV / @futurefashion.de @fairstrickt @wilatue

Meeting point: On the Holzmarkt at Georgsbrunnen. Wheelchair accessible. Nearest bus stops: Take the bus to Neckarbrücke, Österbergstraße, Nonnenhaus or Stadtgraben and walk from there to the Holzmarkt.

Time: 16.00:18.00 p.m. - XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.

For: Everyone is welcome!

Organizational details: We move between the Holzmarkt, the old botanical garden and the nunnery. The paths are not far and are barrier-free. A large part of the tour takes place outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather. You can leave the tour at any time. The tour will last 1,5 - 2 hours.

The music industry in harmony with the environment

In this workshop with Mia Heresch, Lilou and Raquel from Future Fashion, musicians will learn how they can act in a more environmentally friendly way to reduce their ecological footprint and contribute to climate protection. The focus here is on the external impact that I have as a musician through the way I style and the fashion I wear. No matter whether on stage, in a music video or on social media - the charisma of artists can be used excellently to ensure more climate justice through their personal style. How? You will find out in this workshop!

We'll be performing on May 17th together with About Pop at Wizemann on the parking deck!
Bring a maximum of 10 pieces and take home as much as you like!
We're rethinking fashion consumption with you and swapping instead of buying!

We look forward to inviting you again to the happy clothing swap.
Bring and exchange clean, washed, undamaged, well-preserved outerwear for women, men, children, shoes and accessories such as bags, belts, scarves, up to 10 items per person. You can take home new favorite pieces up to the number you bring with you.
From 17 p.m. even without bringing anything with you.
Information about second-hand trade in textiles and fair, ecological fashion will be available again. The whole thing takes place within the framework
a day of action by the VHS-Ökostation on sustainable living and learning in Wilhelm-Blos-Str. 129, in the Wartberg area, near Killesberg.
You will find us in the nature laboratory, the semicircular building on the site.

Shopping is fun! The wardrobe is bursting at the seams. Still nothing to wear?! Find new styling combinations in your own wardrobe that you like and feel comfortable in, avoid bad purchases and find sustainable fashion consumption step by step. You will be surprised how easy it is to organize your closet, find new styles, consume sustainable fashion and save money at the same time.
In the workshop we will look at the clothes you brought with you from your own wardrobe. Sustainable stylist Elisabetha Paul gives practical styling tips. Each participant is advised individually in the group.

CLOTHES SWAP PARTY X EXHIBITION “GREENWASH GENERATION”

Parallel to the exhibition “Greenwash Generation” (textile installation Benjamin Von Wong) at the Kunstverein Ludwigsburg, a clothes swap party will take place this Saturday afternoon.

How it works

1. Browse through the wardrobe and select items of clothing that are in good condition and washed (including shoes and accessories, but please no underwear and swimwear).
2. Bring and hand in the clothes.
3. Choose new favorite pieces.
4. Have a great day at the exhibition and then go home happy with new, old parts.
