Together Strong! Conference on the Visibility of Women with an Immigration History in Baden-Württemberg

We cordially invite you to our first nationwide conference “Strong Together” on November 22, 2024 from 16 p.m. in the Stuttgart City Hall.

Our goal is to bring women* together across ethnic backgrounds and city borders and to create new spaces for dialogue, exchange and cooperation.
Our conference is organized in cooperation with the State Center for Political Education BW and the state capital Stuttgart and also marks the start of the FIF project “Strong Together – Visibility of Women* with an Immigration History in Baden-Württemberg”.

A central measure of the project is the development of a digital women’s platform.
On the one hand, it focuses on the transfer of information and knowledge on political, social and cultural issues, such as women's rights, and at the same time aims to provide a platform to promote the visibility of the commitment of women* with an immigration history and refugee experience in Baden-Württemberg.

In three moderated working groups, we invite you to exchange ideas about opportunities in association work and political engagement at the local and state level. Together we want to develop creative approaches and ideas for closer cooperation.
In the coming year, we as Forum Internationale Frauen e. V., in cooperation with the State Center for Political Education, will hold four workshops on these topics in four districts of Baden-Württemberg in order to advance our project and further develop the platform.
Click here to register online: https://n9.cl/oq3z6
After registration you will receive a confirmation by email. The registration deadline is November 21.11.2024, XNUMX.

You are welcome to forward the invitation to other interested parties and mailing lists. Thank you very much for that!
We are looking forward to an inspiring day full of ideas and perspectives – be there and get actively involved!

Kind regards
