The shortage of skilled workers poses major challenges for businesses and administration in Baden-Württemberg. At the same time, international skilled workers—particularly from Africa—offer new opportunities for sustainable development and economic cooperation. Municipalities play a key role in this: They are not only contact points for new skilled workers, but also places where they live and work. Close ties between municipalities and businesses are therefore crucial to welcoming skilled workers and maximizing their potential.
The Baden-Württemberg Development Cooperation Foundation (SEZ) invites in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg City Council cordially to Municipal specialist conference at the Fair Trade fair.
