In this interactive workshop, we will address everyday racism and microaggressions and reflect on how they affect our well-being and mental health. Together, we will explore effective strategies to deal with such experiences with clarity and self-empowerment. This is not only about consciously processing stressful situations, but also about finding ways to strengthen your own resilience and protect yourself.
