Voice & Space: First face-to-face meeting of the BI*PoC network in development NGOs

Driving transformative change in the development sector: workshops, lectures and networking opportunities for black, indigenous and people of color from the development and humanitarian sectors.

The BI*PoC network in development NGOs is a community of colleagues who work in different roles in the sector and are committed to anti-racism and decolonization. The network invites you to the first face-to-face network meeting on April 26.04th. – April 28.04th 2024 in Offenbach/Frankfurt am Main.

We are planning an inspiring weekend with workshops, lectures and networking opportunities in a safe space we have created. The first face-to-face meeting is intended to strengthen our network, which has existed online for two and a half years, by allowing BI*PoC from various NGOs to meet and exchange ideas.

Through personal exchange through joint reflection, input from experts and our combined expertise, we want to drive transformative changes in the development policy sector.

From an intersectional perspective, we lead conversations, question power structures and work together towards a fairer future.

The event is exclusively for blacks, indigenous people and people of color from the development and humanitarian sectors.
