The Stay Foundation with its partner Angaza – Stay Alliance Kenya wants to contribute to increasing income, especially among women and young people in western Kenya. To this end, the project described here aims to significantly increase the crop yields and the sense of self-efficacy of 400 small farmers within 10 months. In order to achieve these goals, targeted training in key skills takes place - these are efficiency in agricultural production (cultivation, irrigation, storage) (financed by other funding sources) and entrepreneurial activity. Monthly meetings of participants round off the program.
