ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATIONALIZATION OF AN AGRO-PROCESSING CENTER FOR EMPOWERING RURAL WOMEN AND YOUNG PEOPLE

At the end of one year, to make autonomous the agro-business activities of 5 groups of associations of 100 young women of the MUDUBUGU zone in the GIHANGA commune through training in processing technology and agro-food conservation of the abundant sweet potato in Burundi, in order to increase household incomes and combat unemployment among women and out-of-school youth through marketing of self-processed sweet potato products.
