EXPANSION OF ST. MONICA JUNIOR SCHOOL FOR A 7TH GRADE, EXTENSION REQUIRED FOR THE FINAL EXAM

The project is the gradual expansion of the St. Monica Junior School in the village of Kasanje, in the Wakiso district of Uganda. The first school building was completed in 2012. Classes began in 2012 with two preschool classes as a nursery school. In 2014 the 1st grade of the primary school was formed. Now, for the first time, a graduating class is being formed, which will also take the state examination at the end. We have already divided classrooms, but there are not enough rooms. Due to lack of space, some of the lessons now have to take place outdoors, and in bad weather under trees, canopies or in a garage. The school authorities in Uganda are demanding new premises in which children can take their exams. That's why we have to build another building with classrooms that meets the specifications.
