As a cross-border network project, resources in education and training for peace, reconciliation and “Healing of Memories” are to be compared and expanded across regions and cultures.
The project refers to points 5c) “Education and training” and 5d) “Peace and reconciliation work” in the SEZ-Burundi working group’s 2014 impulse paper “Peace and Reconciliation”. With universities and institutions at the grassroots level, the intercultural peace and reconciliation dialogue as well as trauma sensitization should be strengthened and further developed.
