Through the project, families receive information about topics such as family planning, child abuse, genital mutilation and child marriage as well as environmental protection. Furthermore, reforestation and income-generating measures are important. The project affects 10 villages with around 6.500 people. The information events and training courses are carried out by our specialized Malian partner AMDD. Objective: unwanted pregnancies, GBV and child marriages decrease by 20%, family planning is socially recognized and practiced by 30% of people, at least two villages agree to abandon genital mutilation. 10 microcredit groups have been established.
