Following the SEZ-funded solar training for freelancers in Uganda, 10 of the best graduates will receive several months of support in setting up their rural solar company as part of an incubator program. These are usually small businesses that operate in remote rural regions. A special feature is that permanent support from local experts is possible through the Sendea cooperative. This also includes the reliable supply of suitable solar products - often a bottleneck for small businesses. The measure is intended to strengthen local solar entrepreneurship.
