PERMACULTURE PROJECT – A TRAINING AND MEETING CENTER FOR RURAL YOUTH IN THE KINGDOM OF BHUTAN

The aim is to plan and implement a training and meeting place with an exemplary character based on the twelve permaculture design principles in a cooperation project with the local population in Paro in order to give rural youth a chance to discover their rural region as a space for new possibilities and to design. As part of an ideas workshop, the common vision is first developed, then in the project workshop the conception and structure of the training and meeting place are implemented together and in the presentation workshop the project is presented to the general public through public relations and the establishment of a series of events.
