Don't we all always have a hard time making resolutions for (sustainable) action of all kinds? And how can we, as development policy actors, better support people in becoming active so that our participants at events don't just have good intentions? The project looks outside the box and opens up methods of coaching and motivational training, such as dealing with your own reward strategies, strategies for changing habits, self-analysis tools, and much more to make it easier for people to “take action”. The project will develop concrete engagement coaching methods, test them with participants in a course and a practical phase, improve them and then pass them on to multipliers as best practice.
