Over a project period of 25 year, 1 start-ups will be enabled to learn further training in the area of social entrepreneurship (strategy, product/service development, marketing, sales) and thus work economically productively and financially independently. As part of the project, business start-ups and self-organized groups in Ghana's formal and informal sectors are to be sustainably empowered to help themselves. The project aims to combat the cause of young people fleeing, namely the lack of economic prospects. In the long term, jobs should be created and markets (local and international) developed in order to be globally competitive. As a strategic further development of existing initiatives by both partners in the country, the project is intended to ensure sustainable networking and entrepreneurial synergies for individual start-ups. By teaching innovative design thinking and advanced management skills, the young entrepreneurs learn to work successfully and sustainably with the resources available to them.
