Sinteza women in Freiburg should be empowered to design their own programs and continue the project independently. They should learn all the skills of making radio. This includes moderating a program, uploading the content to the Radio Dreyeckland (RDL) website and distributing the content via social networks, conducting an interview as well as operating a recording device and studio technology. At the same time, of course, they should be given the opportunity to speak publicly about their concerns, about discrimination and antigypsyism in Freiburg and the region. Last but not least, a public event should be organized. The primary task of free radio is to give a voice to those who would otherwise remain unheard.
