The lack of a functioning small business market and clean drinking water with consequences of absolute poverty, illnesses, etc. will be changed by building two farms and drilling two deep wells. In the project area, all families become members of a simply structured cooperative, which entitles them to obtain a variety of products for their own use and for running a small business. Missing capital is brought in by bringing in labor, with learning about organic farming. The weak money cycle (initially also exchanging goods) is supported by small profit distributions (cooperative sells on wholesale markets), the democratic corporate form introduces democratic processes, and the statutes gender equality.

For us, water-related issues are a challenge that we face. We don't pull ready-made recipes out of our pockets: we rely on adapted technologies and methods. A solution is good if it fits the people and the local conditions. Our areas of work are water supply, wastewater, irrigation and drainage, WASH and seminars on our areas of work.
