Coffee brings people together. On November 16, 2022, coffee from Burundi brought Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria together: The city coffee of Ulm/Neu-Ulm is now the finest Arabica coffee from Burundi.
The launch of the city coffee was organized by the Ulmer Weltladen. Various guests were there and provided information about the partnership coffee: the mayor of Ulm Gunter Czisch, the mayor of Neu-Ulm Katrin Albsteiger, the SEZ, WeltPartner eg and Michael Joukov, MdL. The launch was followed by a coffee tasting in the Ulm Weltladen with music from the radio station free fm.
