Philipp Keil, Managing Director of the Baden-Württemberg Development Cooperation Foundation (SEZ), was one of the speakers at this year's TEDx Talk in Stuttgart.
Under the title “Why we have to rethink development” he critically examined the topic of development cooperation. One of his theses: “The rich countries develop the poor countries down.”
