The act for transformation cooperative is active in the field of global, intercultural learning and peace building. We are recognized as a public youth welfare provider, as well as a sending and receiving organization for voluntary services, and by Erasmus+. We carry out joint peace projects and youth encounters with our partners in Eastern Europe and Central Africa.
In Aalen we founded the Um-Welthaus Aalen together with BUND. Here we hold seminars, events and leisure activities for children, such as the annual One World children's holiday program at Haldenhof. Since the Ukraine war, there have been increased integration offers for refugees, such as tutoring and language groups for children and adults, as well as parent groups with psychological support. In the regional network against racism, we are committed to a diverse, open society and to fighting discrimination.
