Since 1978, ChildFund Deutschland e.V. has been committed to helping disadvantaged children and families worldwide and improving their future prospects. The vision: a world in which children are protected in their rights, develop healthily and can develop freely. The children's aid organization supports development cooperation projects that help overcome poverty and exclusion. It is committed to helping people help themselves and empowering people to improve their lives through their own efforts. Project funding covers the areas of nutrition, education, health, income, the promotion of women, child protection and emergency aid. Since 1995, the association has been the recipient of the donation seal of the German Central Institute for Social Issues (DZI) in Berlin. He is a member of the ChildFund Alliance, an international association of children's charities that are collectively active in over 60 countries.
