As a development policy children's aid organization, Terre des hommes works to implement children's rights through information and lobbying work in Germany and Europe and through direct support of self-help projects in 26 countries. It is issues such as child prostitution, child labor and child trafficking... that concern terre des hommes and where terre des hommes wants to make a difference in order to achieve a better future for children all over the world (more information: www.tdh.de). The Freiburg working group has been committed to the goals of terre des hommes on a voluntary basis since 1973 with a wide range of activities and events.
