Thanks to an increase in funding from the state of Baden-Württemberg, we were able to support four additional projects through our funding lines beffekt!Burundi and beffekt!Abroad.
This means that a total of 2020 organizations were supported with their projects in 91 via the beffekt! funding program. These four projects that are still being funded were at the top of the waiting list drawn up by the respective awarding committee:
- “Village of Reconciliation”: Hopeful Foundation/Confraternidad Carcelaria de Colombia (Colombia)
- “Rebuilding and training for economic reactivation in Biovalle”: LADiversidad e.V./ Cooperativa Biovalle (Colombia)
- “Support for the promotion of criminal justice”: AJEBU-GENDERINGINGO (Burundi)
- “Establishment and operationalization of an agro-processing center for the empowerment of rural women and young people”: RECORD (Burundi)
A total of 73.400 euros in funding was made available for these four projects.
