The Baden-Württemberg Development Cooperation Foundation (SEZ) recruits! We are looking for support (m/f/d / full-time / initially limited to 2 years / Stuttgart location) in the foundation administration and as an assistant to the management (m/f/d).

The SEZ was established in 1991 by the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg with the aim of raising awareness among the people of Baden-Württemberg for globally responsible action and promoting commitment to development policy.
As a source of inspiration and networking platform for partnership work and global responsibility in Baden-Württemberg, the SEZ carries out various projects and educational formats.
As a sponsor, it offers information, individual advice and financial support for civil society projects at home and abroad, mainly through state funds that the Baden-Württemberg state parliament decides on through the funding lines! Domestic, beffective! Abroad and effects! Burundi.

 

Your tasks include:

  • You support the general administration of the foundation in the commercial area.
  • You assist the management, for example in appointment and contact management.
  • In the financial support of the foundation, you check project completions for completeness and mathematical accuracy.
  • In the interface with donors, they create financial statements of use.

Your profile:

  • You have relevant commercial training or an administrative degree.
  • You are familiar with everyday life in an administrative office. You would be happy to support colleagues in project work from a commercial perspective.
  • You like to work thoroughly and have friends working with “numbers”.
  • They can also be stubborn and love to finish tasks.
  • You already have experience in the area of ​​processing and billing for publicly funded projects. You are familiar with receipt lists and accounting.
  • You are confident in using IT, digital administration and common office programs (especially Excel).
  • Ideally, you are already familiar with the guidelines of public and private donors and have appropriate knowledge of non-profit, grant and procurement law (LHO, AnBest-P).

  • A responsible full-time job (40 hours per week), possibly also part-time and with flexible working hours (flexitime).
